We worked with the client from refining the project concept to completing the civil design for the subdivision. We then represented the client on site overseeing contractor management and verification of works, through to handover of the completed project. Our responsibility varied based on our clients available resources for the duration of the project. At various stages we were Project Co-Ordinator, Project Manager, or  Project Superintendent.  Despite the changing responsibilities throughout, the project was successfully completed to the client’s satisfaction.
